Crash!!

Went Cycling on monday 21 April with Mr Chong, total ride 67km, crashed at 31km mark, not a good time to crash seeing as of today there's 14 days left to Melaka Tri and KRI 16km run is next week! argghh i almost died when i showered and i think i saw a glimpse of heaven when doc applied iodin on the wounds,saw my life passing by... if ur the praying type do throw in a prayer or 2 for me yeah? thanks!
