Far away

FAR AWAY

love this song by nickelback, highly recommended! hehe =D

This time, This place
Misused, Mistakes
Too long, Too late
Who was I to make you wait
Just one chance
Just one breath
Just in case there's just one left
'Cause you know,
you know, you know

[CHORUS]
That I love you
I have loved you all along
And I miss you
Been far away for far too long
I keep dreaming you'll be with me
and you'll never go
Stop breathing if
I don't see you anymore

On my knees, I'll ask
Last chance for one last dance
'Cause with you, I'd withstand
All of hell to hold your hand
I'd give it all
I'd give for us
Give anything but I won't give up
'Cause you know,
you know, you know

So far away
Been far away for far too long
So far away
Been far away for far too long
But you know, you know, you know

I wanted
I wanted you to stay
'Cause I needed
I need to hear you say
That I love you
I have loved you all along
And I forgive you
For being away for far too long
So keep breathing
'Cause I'm not leaving you anymore
Believe it
Hold on to me and, never let me go

Keep breathing
Hold on to me and, never let me go
Hold on to me and, never let me go
Hold on to me and, never let me go

Do I look familiar?

Do I look familiar to you?

Some of you who have been faithful to reading my blogs since my first/old blog would have read about my 'gay encounter' in KL. was a freaky friday! I looked around, he smiled at me and i smiled back.. the rest was history, if you havent read and interested to know, you'll have to ask me personally wat happened or ask the rest who knows bout it hehehehe and that wasnt the first encounter sigh do i look familiar??? =P

Last night i was in JJ just to relax and have a walk walk, passed by this group of few guys and girls, as i was walking pass them a girl look straight at me and smiled, i'm sure there was no one around or behind me, so i looked again and she smiled at me! so i smiled back lo, then the few guys were chatting and then looked at me and smiled at me too so i smiled back and even waved my hand at them! and then we walked pass, i looked back, they looked back.. i have no idea who they were and i'm sure they didnt know me too... do i look familiar??? maybe they were deprived from smiling that day and just needed to let the smiles out! its good though, makes the world a better place!

cinny created this awesome avatar for me! chekit chekit! sweeeet!! thanks dear!! love it!

Poem by Francis Thompson

To A Snowflake

WHAT heart could have thought you? --
Past our devisal
(O filigree petal!)
Fashioned so purely,
Fragilely, surely,
From what Paradisal
Imagineless metal,
Too costly for cost?
Who hammered you, wrought you,
From argentine vapor? --
"God was my shaper.
Passing surmisal,
He hammered, He wrought me,
From curled silver vapor,
To lust of His mind--
Thou could'st not have thought me!
So purely, so palely,
Tinily, surely,
Mightily, frailly,
Insculped and embossed,
With His hammer of wind,
And His graver of frost."

House of Al Hamra

This is wher some folks still live in the old city of Al Hamra, they got fans, but no a/c, imagine living in these 'houses' in summer wher the temperature goes up to 45 degrees, thanked God for a/c yet? or that you're living in malaysia wher it doesn't go higher than 35 degrees =)

Fort

This is an old city called Al Hamra that we visited, those are houses that you see in the pics, some are in ruins, others are still occupied with people, it's like the places where in Jesus' time looks like!

Sometimes we are prejudice towards different races, different nationalities, i'm guilty of that towards the people from the mid-east after watching some unpleasant happenings in that area, not anymore though, after meeting and having friends there, they're lovely people that Jesus loves them so much too, and died for each one of them! Isn't He so lovely, brings me to tears. Here's a pic of an Iranian family we made friends with who were staying in the same hotel as us in Dubai, lovely people there! despite hearing news bout nuke plants and all the unpleasant stuff on news bout Iran, Jesus died for each one of them =)

Here's a sample of what we or they eat,pic taken from an Arabian Restaurant, i love the food! looks spicy but its not, and the portion for a person is HUGE!! one serving for me and i'm bloated! =P

My mom's home in AL KHOD, Oman, not the whole thing, just an apartment in that big house hehe

This picture was taken in Selalah, its about 40mins by plane from my mom's home in Al Khod, Musalam who is a friend of my parents' took us out for a drive that very day we arrived in Selalah to look for camels! hehe

Me with my dad in KLIA before departing, my sis took the pic for us =)
